XIII Workshop APECS Portugal Poster
Poster created to publicize the XIII Workshop of APECS Portugal, an association of young polar scientists, Portuguese representative of the Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS).
Since the theme of this workshop was “One Health”, a concept that aims to relate human health, animal health and environmental health, it was this relationship that I tried to represent in the poster.
Board Game "Às Voltas no Jardim"
“Às Voltas no Jardim” (Around the Garden) is a game aimed at children, where they put to the test their knowledge about the Botanical Garden of the University of Coimbra and the plants that exist there.
Information Poster
Informative poster and facebook cover allusive to the “International Day of Women and Girls in Science”.
The commemoration of this day, which takes place on February 11, aims to highlight the important role that women play in the production of scientific knowledge, as well as to achieve full and equal access and participation in Science by women and girls.
Event Poster
Starting from the proposal to create a poster for a hypothetical solidarity event, which was inspired by an artistic movement, I chose to create this poster in Bauhaus style.
Pictograms
Faced with the challenge of creating a set of pictograms for 6 countries of the current European Union, I decided to create them within the theme “Hats”, ending up with this final set:
- Austria – Tyrolean hat;
- Spain – flamenco hat;
- France – French beret;
- Ireland – Leprechaun hat;
- Portugal – countryside/fisherman’s cap;
- Sweden – Viking helmet.
